Ezugi

Ezugi was founded in Tel Aviv, Israel, in 2012 as an independent live dealer studio focused on multi-market live casino content. Six years after launch the company had built nine studios and a roughly 20-game catalogue, and in November 2018 Evolution announced an all-cash acquisition for $12 million (plus an optional $6 million earn-out). The deal completed in early 2019.
